What we have done

• Text and background colours chosen to meet WCAG 2.1 AA contrast levels
• A single, ordered heading structure on every page
• A skip link so keyboard users can jump straight to the main content
• Visible focus outlines on every link, button and form field
• Form labels properly associated with their fields
• Descriptive alternative text on images that carry meaning
• Layouts that reflow to 320px and tolerate 200% zoom without loss of content
• Motion reduced automatically when your device asks for it

Known limitations

Our call tracking provider inserts a telephone number into pages after they load. We have kept this as plain linked text, but if you use a screen reader you may hear the number announced a moment after the rest of the page.
